Technical support for all you roll forming needs. We do not build parts, we build components. This subtle change in language reflects a big change in the relationships we have with our customers. Seeing ourselves as an extension of your manufacturing floor allows us to see the components we produce as part of your final product. We understand the need for fit, not just location, and for function, just not shape. With this vision we can partner with our customer to build the component optimized for quality, function and cost.
Our in-house engineers guide the design of the roll form component and roll form tooling using state of the art software. This experienced and automated approach to tool design ensures parts that meet expectations for tolerance, end flare and straightness. With the increased use of high-strength low-alloy (HSLA) steel, we also offer our experience to the colaborative development of a final component that has a maximum strength to weight ratio.
